At HERBKEMI, we prioritize customer satisfaction, quality, and safety. Please review our payment and refunds policy to understand your rights and responsibilities when ordering with us.


Refund Policy

We ensure that all products meet strict quality standards. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied or receive a defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Refunds, replacements, or credits are subject to the following terms:

  1. Refund Requests:
    • Refund requests are evaluated individually by our management team.
    • Refunds may be issued as store credit in the form of a coupon code, which expires after 90 days. Unused balances cannot be reissued.
    • A processing fee may apply based on the payment method and order value.
  2. Defective Products:
    • If a product is defective, contact us within 7 days. We may issue a credit or replacement at our discretion.
    • Only defective items are eligible for replacement; compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Returns:
    • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by HERBKEMI.
    • For non-defective items, refunds or store credits may be offered, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Refunds for opened items are limited to unopened units of the same product.
  4. Out-of-Stock or Missing Items:
    • If an item is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for up to 3 hours to discuss a replacement.
    • If no response is received, we will select a replacement closest to your original choice. Refunds or credits will not be issued for replacements chosen in such cases.
  5. Evidence Requests:
    • Our support team may request additional evidence (photos, videos, etc.) to investigate refund or replacement claims. Failure to provide the requested information may result in denial of the claim.

Payment Policy

To ensure smooth order processing, please adhere to the following payment guidelines:

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Payments must be made using one of HERBKEMI’s accepted methods within 12 hours of order placement.
  2. Late Payments:
    • Orders unpaid after 12 hours are automatically canceled. Payments received for canceled orders will not reinstate the order, and a store credit will be issued instead. Refunds will not be provided for late payments.
  3. Order Cancellation:
    • Customers who fail to pay for orders more than once may face a permanent ban from HERBKEMI’s services, subject to management review.
